It helps to include your device and iOS version, and the level number if it is about a particular puzzle — puzzles are the same on every device, so a level number is enough to reproduce exactly what you saw.
Divide the grid into rectangles. Every rectangle holds exactly one number, and that number is how many squares it covers. When the whole grid is covered, the puzzle is solved.
Drag from one corner to the other to draw a rectangle. Tap a rectangle you have already drawn to remove it. If you change your mind mid‑drag, come back to the square you started on and let go — that cancels, and costs nothing.
A rectangle can obey every rule and still make the rest of the puzzle impossible — leaving a number with nowhere to fit, or a square that nothing can reach. Shikaku catches that at the move that causes it, rather than letting you find out twenty moves later.
Mistakes remaining. You get three per puzzle. Mis‑swipes and cancelled drags never count — only genuine reasoning errors do.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks your purchase with Apple and unlocks it on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. If it still does not appear, email us.
Progress is stored on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. Your purchase is not lost — reinstall and use Restore purchases.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds go through them at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves.
